Shipment

We ship our products with a suitable shipping provider (DPD, DHL, etc.) . The ordered products will be shipped within 1-3 working days after receipt of your order. Delivery times may vary for each country. 

When ordering to non-EU countries, neither customs nor import fees are included in the shipping costs. These can be billed directly to the recipient by customs. Insidethearlberg does not accept any fees.

Delivery: When the recipient is found and accepts the package, the process is complete. If the recipient cannot be found, the parcel is usually taken to the nearest parcel shop and a collection note is left - no second delivery attempt is made! If the recipient does not pick up the parcel from the parcel shop, it will be returned to the sender for a fee. You will be charged for the return costs.
